Koda's board of directors

Four of the seats on Koda's board are occupied by the current chairpersons of the associations Autor, Danish Composers' Society, DPA and MPA Denmark (Music Publishers Association).

In addition, the board consists of five members, two music publishers and three authors, all of whom are elected at Koda's general assembly for a two-year term.
