Koda’s Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 28 May at 4:00 p.m. at Koda, Lautrupsgade 9, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.
The doors open at 3:30 p.m.
On 29 April 2026, Koda’s General Meeting adopted the proposal from Koda’s Board of Directors for amendments to the Articles of Association introducing a limitation on the term of office for board members to a maximum of 10 consecutive years. See the proposal (in Danish)
At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 May, the proposal is to be finally adopted.
