A resolution has been reached with YouSee to maintain orderly conditions while royalty payment cases are processed in the legal system.
In the conflict between YouSee and the rights holders regarding what should be paid for the use of rights in YouSee's TV packages, a temporary solution has now been established.
This solution ensures that Koda's members will continue to receive payments for TV rights usage at the same level as before. As always, payments will depend on the extent and location of rights usage.
Koda will continue its crucial work to establish fair tariffs for TV distribution in the ongoing legal cases between YouSee and the rights holders. We anticipate these cases may take several years, so we are pleased that orderly conditions have been set during this period.
