My Koda updates

Release September 15, 2025

• Work List / Work Search: In the work details section, under the button now labeled “Detailed View” (previously called “Filtering”), the display has been updated to a “waterfall view.” This new layout shows which publishers are associated with which rights holders, providing a more intuitive and transparent overview.

Release August 29, 2025

• Advertisement registration: Upload of audio file failed, is now OK.
• Register work: If you have multiple names registered, you must now select the name first (instead of it being pre-filled).

• Report concert: Help texts and headings must distinguish between whether it is a Danish concert or a foreign concert.
• Report concert: Validation in the website field on the Venue.
• Account overview: VAT receipts can now be seen on all payments.

• Setlists: When creating a new setlist, duration is not editable, as any changes to duration are made afterwards under Edit Setlist.
• Worklist: Sorting by category now works again.

• Report concert: Bug with duplicate of works for the setlist has been resolved.

Release July 7, 2025

• Login: Not possible for non-members to activate My Koda profile.
• Film/TV series search: Author members can now (like publishers) go from their own work in Film/TV series search to work details in the Work list.

Release June 30, 2025

• Report Concert: Update to the Report Concert feature, including updated error messages, validation to allow both phone number and email as contact information for the concert organizer, and ensuring that fields such as email are not deleted.

• Concert report: In the reporting flow, a distinction has been made between Danish/Faroese/Greenlandic concerts and foreign concerts.

• Worklist: Issues with submitting ISRC codes have been resolved.

• Setlists: Copying of setlists has made certain fields non-editable, as any modifications to a new setlist should be made through Edit setlist.
• Concert list: Status on Rejected concerts, which are rejected due to "duplicates", are not shown on the front page.
• System update of all our applications.

Release March 21, 2025

• Account Overview: For publishers with transfers, there was an error in the display of amounts, but it has now been resolved both in the display and in the file extraction.

Release February 7 and 18, 2025

• Register work: It is not possible to use ü in the title when registering the work. The correct title can possibly be written in the comment field.
• General Meeting: Preparations for the general meeting are underway, and it will be possible to order a 'print package'. It is now closed to grant proxy if you do not have voting rights.

Release January 20, 2025

• Worklist: After switching the work database to ICE CUBE (20/1-25), the button for ISRC registration has been reactivated.
• Worklist: After changing the work database, publishers no longer have access to the Agreements menu item.
• Worklist: After switching to ICE CUBE, CRU (copyright units) cannot be seen, meaning which rights holders belong to which publishers. We are working on a solution.
