Understanding your royalty payments

My Koda offers a variety of features that allow you to explore the details of your royalty payments. You can see where your music has been played, often down to the exact time and day, and how much each play or view generates. The account overview gives you a comprehensive summary, and in the Analysis section, you can track your payments with advanced filtering options.

How to search in the Account overview

In the My Koda menu under Account overview, you can search for payment details from 2018 onwards. You can search in various ways by selecting options from the dropdown menu.

Note: The results only include details about royalty payments from Koda (performance) and do not cover payments from NCB (mechanical) or for streaming and download services.

How to search in Analysis

In the My Koda menu, you will find the Analysis Tool, which provides both a quick overview and detailed information about your payments from Koda and NCB. Watch the video guide for tips on using the Analysis Tool and see below for instructions on filtering the results.

Top 50 highest-grossing works

In the My Koda Account menu under Analysis, you'll find the Top 50 section, which provides information about your highest-earning works. You can filter the view and select the desired period. The list displays up to 50 works, with the highest-earning ones at the top.

Your royalty payment from NCB

You can view your NCB payments at My Koda under the Account section, "NCB & Online Documents." Here, you'll find documents related to your NCB payments, as well as documents for streaming and download services.

Note: Clicking on the menu item will redirect you to the NCB website, where you can access:

• Distribution Statements - A detailed overview of your payment. Read the distribution news letter or the explanation to understand the attachment.
• Album and Track Search - Search by catalog number, album title, or work title in combination with the artist. Select the desired search option from the left menu.
