Complaints and grievances
You can only file a complaint about Koda Dramatik's case handling if you have a specific, legal interest in the case. It is not sufficient to believe that others' interests have been violated.
Complaints must be submitted in writing, either via email or letter. You will receive an email receipt upon submission. Complaints should be filed as soon as possible, with a deadline of 36 months from the expected payment date. The Koda Dramatik board will process the complaint and provide a reasoned response, if possible, within six weeks of receipt.
