Your list of works
On your worklist at My Koda, you can get a detailed overview of your works. This includes distributions, work numbers, and ISRC codes.
Your registered works are essential for receiving payments from us. Therefore, we recommend that you regularly check if your works are registered and appear on your work list.
If you release music digitally, it's also important to add an ISRC code to the work.

- add band names

At the worklist, you may apply various filters and categories to get a better overview of your works.
Add ISRC codes to your works
If you release music digitally, it's important to register ISRC codes.
You can add one or more ISRC codes to your work both when registering a new work and through the worklist of existing works.
After registering the work, you can add more ISRC codes if your work appears on multiple releases. Go to your list of works, open the work by clicking the arrow next to the title, enter the code in the field, and press 'Send'.
The code will be visible immediately on your worklist and on the profiles of other rights holders of the work. You can see already registered ISRC codes in the works list.
Always ensure you enter the correct code. If you enter the wrong code, please send an email to [email protected]
Register advertising metadata
If you create music for advertising, it's important to register the music and the advertising metadata.
You may do so in connection with a new work registration or you can add advertising information to a work that is already on your worklist.
Status of works
Your works can have various status. Often, the status will be 'Registered'. However, the status can also be 'Partially registered' or 'Not registered'. You should respond to the latter.
Search for films and TV shows
You may search Koda's film/TV series database to check if Koda has received a cue sheet for your film or TV series. This can be found under the 'Works' menu item. The database is shared with Collective Management Companies in Norway and Finland, so the same cue sheet may appear multiple times.
