The Danish Parliament has passed an amendment to the VAT law, effective 1 July 2025. This amendment introduces VAT on royalty payments from Koda. Here, you will find answers to what the new VAT law means for you as a music publisher.
For music publishers receiving royalty payments from Koda, a 25 percent VAT may be added to these payments starting 1 July 2025.
