Claim unpaid royalties from films
Koda receives reports from broadcasters containing information about which AV productions have been aired. In some cases, detailed information about the specific music used is missing, which means that Koda cannot immediately distribute royalties to the rights holders of the works.
You can access a list of AV productions, including commercials, for which we are missing music information.
In Tab 2 of the document, you will find a guide explaining how to read the document, as well as information on what to do if you have details about an AV production that you would like to share with us.
Tabs 3 and 4 concern TV commercials for which we are missing information about the music used.
Reservation for text and data mining
Koda reserves its rights in relation to text and data mining pursuant to Section 11b(2) of the Danish Copyright Act and the underlying EU legislation. Any collection (scraping) or use of copyright-protected works belonging to Koda’s members for the purpose of training or developing AI systems therefore requires prior permission.
